You can submit samples and request disease detection services following our process.
Step 1: Inquiries
- Contact customer service staff to inform them of the test request and the type of sample you wish to submit for testing and request a service request form.
- For first-time customers, please attach a company certificate that is no more than 6 months old and a VAT certificate (Phor. 20) for registration (in the case of a company).
Step 2: Submit Service Request Form and Samples
- Customers must fill out the service request form, ensuring the sample details, sample quantity, and submission form are correct and match.
- Prepare the samples as per the instructions:
▶️ Store the samples according to their type
▶️ Ensure there is enough sample quantity as recommended
▶️ Ensure the sample container is clean, tightly sealed to prevent contamination inside and cross-contamination between samples.
▶️Clearly label the sample name to match the service request form.
- Submit the sample and service request form to the laboratory in person or via a courier service, ensuring the transportation temperature is appropriate for the sample type.
Step 3: Review Service Request and Confirm Service
- Staff receiving the sample will verify that the service request form is correct and matches the sample, checking the quality and quantity of the sample.
- The service summary will be provided to the customer for confirmation of the test submission.
Step 4: Payment for Services
- Payment for the test services must be made according to the agreed-upon methods and terms set by the company. The laboratory will begin testing only after payment is confirmed.
Step 5: Testing
- The laboratory will conduct the test, typically taking 3 working days. If there are any changes, the laboratory will notify the customer.
Step 6: Send results
- Results will be communicated, or the test report will be sent via the method specified in the service request form.
